  1. Manuel,

Myself, Dan, Mark and Nic can't thank you enough for the wonderful week we got to spend with you June 10-16th. You came recommended by a friend, and you more than exceeded our hopes and expectations for what we wanted out of our trip. We were looking for a small, personalized intimate sort of dive experience, off the tourist path, and we also wanted to do some on-shore sight-seeing and hit some Bucket List items. You knocked it out of the park!!

We started with an easy two dives on Sunday June 10th leaving from the beach in Playa del Carmen. We had a pleasant surprise of finding a small wreck to explore. On Tuesday we hit many highlights with our two cenotes dives in Tulum. Angelita Cenote was out of this world, surreal, crazy clear visibility. And the geological features of Grand Cenote made that dive one of many favorites on our trip. We did not find any crowds on any of our dives with you, pleasant surprise :) AND you showed us some of the best places to experience REAL local cuisine that just made our trip that much more 'real'. Add to all of that, your staff - they were amazing! Helpful, friendly, professional, on time, you name it. I am still recovering from a 2nd c-spine surgery and was not 'allowed' to carry my dive gear to the cenotes entrances, and had to put my gear on in the water for those two dives. Your team accommodated my special needs with no problems whatsoever! I never felt like a burden or like I was putting anyone out; they were very understanding and I felt like everyone kept an extra eye on me to make sure my healing neck and I kept safe and healthy. I SO appreciated that!
We asked for a day off from diving in the middle of our week and Dan was very keen to take a 'booze cruise' and the rest of us were keen to see some Mayan Ruins. On Wednesday we boarded a catamaran but only after a bit of a frantic start to the morning. We had some confusion about directions and found ourselves arriving on time, at the wrong place, PANIC!You and your crew and the folks who ran the catamaran went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to locate us and get us back on track; another HUGE THANK YOU! We finally boarded and joined about 60 others, had a relaxing day, enjoyed some adult beverages, did some snorkeling, and then hit the shore for some sight seeing and history lesson about the Mayan Ruins in the area. A GREAT DAY! And while the group was our largest of the trip, in no way did it feel crowded, always plenty of room to spread out. Our amazing week ended with our Whale Shark snorkeling excursion, which had been on Dan's Bucket List for over 10years! We all got to swimm RIGHT NEXT to whale sharks! I've been to some amazing places and done some pretty amazing things, ones I thought pretty special up until this point, but swimming with the Whale Sharks now tops my list as THE COOLEST thing I've ever been so lucky to be able to experience. I go to go in the water and swim with the whale sharks 3 different times and thanks to being a strong swimmer, I got to swim along with two that were swimming together for a good 5minutes of uninterrupted amazingness. There were a number of boats out there with us but there were so many sharks to swim with, and the way they limit the number of people in the water at one time, made it a very uncrowded and enjoyable experience. We got pictures and videos that we will treasure for a lifetime, but I already want to go back and do it again. The four of us are already committed to our return next summer and we look forward to more amazing diving with you then. You shared so much knowledge and local history with us, I learned SO MUCH on this trip that I never thought I would and I really appreciated that. If any potential client would like to speak with me personally for a referral, I am more than happy to do so! We wish you all the best and look forward to our next meeting with you!
    Sincerely,
